The RefMob Team
Kaushik Ghate - Co-founder
Kaushik is a tech guy who likes to play around with everything new in technology. At RefMob, he is responsible for product design and engineering. When not working, he prefers to spend time with family. Kaushik loves outdoor sports, and is a big fan of the Texas Longhorns football.
Kaushik was born and raised in India. He earned his bachelors in Electrical Engineering from the College of Engineering Pune and his Masters from the University of Texas at Austin.
Don Campbell - Co-founder
Don lives and breathes technology and startups. He moved from Michigan to Silicon Valley in 1998 to join Interwoven as one of the early employees. Holding Sales, Product Management and Business Development roles he helped define the product and build the company from 30 to 1,000 people and a successful IPO.
Don then went to Microsoft to join the Platform Evangelism team at Microsoft, where he built critical partner wins for new technologies and presented to Fortune 500 executives on Information Worker Productivity return on investment.
He is also founder of Expand2Web, a popular blog and Internet community dedicated to small business owners. He has helped hundreds of small businesses create an online marketing strategy that delivers them a steady stream of new customers.
He loves his family and enjoys the ocean and mountains in the Northern California Bay Area with his beautiful wife and two wonderful daughters. Don is also learning Jazz piano as a creative outlet when he is not in front of his MacBook Pro.
